Joanna Petterson
Joanna Petterson is the woman to watch in the
professional downhill and 4X scene, and she is looking
to make 2010 her year. A native South African, Joanna has been involved in
all sorts of sports from soccer to surfing to snowboarding, but biking is
her greatest passion. She is hard-working, humble,and kind - a
great ambassador of the sport. Watch out for Ms. Petterson on the
trails and give her a proper Harlot woohoo to cheer her on!

Dirty Girls
The Live Dirty Girls are a dedicated mountain
bike race team consisting of sport riders to a nationally ranked pro. While
being highly competitive they haven’t forgotten to have a lot of fun along
the way! The Live Dirty Girls have finished on the podium at every 24-hour
race that they have competed in. Sometimes it’s good to be dirty!!! Their
goal is to liberate and empower women by promoting fitness, fun and health
through the pure joy of riding a bike. They believe that cycling and racing
builds confidence on and off the trail. They will be traveling to
24 Hour Races all over the back roads and interstates of the east and
mid-west regions of the United States. They’re bringing sexy back to the
mountain bike world one race at a time!

Meet the Lone Star Works
Women's Cycling Team, a team of nice southern women with one mission: to
kick some butt on their bikes. The team is made up of 2 moms, some
single gals, a few married, all with different skills, training backgrounds
and abilities - just a bunch of regular girls doing the extraordinary
through hard work, drive, and friendship. What do we mean by
extraordinary? They win major races - by a lot!

Charlotte
McShane
Watch out for this little fire engine.
Charlotte is the current Australian Female Long Distance triathlon champion
in the under 20 age group and will be jumping into the pro Ironman and Half
Ironman scene next season. Her achievements are
too lengthy to list and span all 3 sports, but here are some highlights:
2008 - Victorian Sprint Distance Championships - 4th overall elite women
2008 - Xterra Offroad Triathlon - 2nd female 18-19 age group
2008 - Queensland Half Ironman - 4th pro women
2008 - XTerra World Triathlon Championships - 1st under
20 women!
2009 - ITU Long Distance Triathlon World Championships - 14th Elite Female
(at only 19 years of age!)
Single
Speed Outlaw Team
The Single Speed Outlaw Factory Team is a
grassroots mountain bike team that promotes mountain biking and trail
advocacy. Where most teams stick solely to racing, the Single Speed Factory
Outlaw Team members also lead bike rides throughout Maryland, Virginia,
Pennsylvania and Washington DC, as well as contribute volunteer hours to
trail building, maintenance, and cycling advocacy. And, of course,
they love to promote single speeds and good times.

Addie
Stewart
Starting out as a cross-country mountain biker, Addie
Stewart first tried out
the thrill of downhill competition in 2004. In 2005, she finished the
season ranked 1st overall in Utah and nationally in Women's Downhill.
She also started racing Mountain Cross/Dual Slalom in 2005 and won the
US Women's National title. Addie made the jump in '06
from Expert to Pro in Downhill and Mountain Cross/Dual Slalom.
At a petite 5'2", this hard-working athlete is quickly rising to the top of
her sport. Watch out for great things to come from Addie!

Punk rock
cycling women's team
The Punk Rock Cycling Womens Team is an amazing group of Iowa women
racing and riding their bikes, promoting their sport, leading clinics,
hosting races, writing zines, teaching others, setting the example,
getting involved, and just basically giving a damn. Like the punk music
they are named after these women are passionate, fast, aggressive, and
very much to the point.
While dedicated to road cycling the women of
Punk Rock Cycling also show their grit at cyclocross, mountain
biking, and multisport events. Keep your eye out for this
